RAMW is pleased to offer this one-day, 8-hour intensive certification course in conjunction with the National Restaurant Association Solutions as a prerequisite to obtaining a food safety manager card. The course instruction is available in English and Spanish, while exams may be taken in English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French Canadian, and large print. Alcohol Awareness Certification
Designed by the National Restaurant Association as a comprehensive Alcohol Awareness course to ensure your front-of-the-house staff (wait staff, bartenders, hosts, busers, security, and valets) is prepared to deal with any alcohol-related situation.


H O S T Securities Training
Hospitality Operations Security Techniques is a comprehensive class designed specifically for hospitality, restaurant and bar staff. It covers a wide array of Security Plan Topics essential for your establishment’s operations and staff communications. It has been reviewed and approved by the ABC Board (Alcoholic Beverage Control Board). Participants must register and make payment for the course in advance. This is a non-refundable, yet transferable payment. A 24-hour advance notice is required to re-schedule a class date to avoid a $25 NO-SHOW fee.

RAMW member restaurants receive an additional 10% discount for registering groups of 5 > staff from the same company enrolled in the HOST Securities Training class. Students will receive an handbook on the day of class.
