Safe Staff Food Safety Training

Safe Staff Food Safety Training is a 2-hour employee food safety training course and is a mini version of the Food Service Manager Service Protection Certification Program with no testing for compliance reasons. Training includes real-life scenarios to assist employees in grasping and applying food safety basics at every employee level.

RAMW Member rate is $70 per person, Non-Member is $75/person.



H O S T Securities Training
Hospitality Operations Security Techniques is a comprehensive program designed specifically for hospitality, restaurant and bar staff. It covers a wide array of Security Plan Topics essential for your establishment’s operations and staff communications.

This program has been used in DC for over 4 years and has trained over 500 area club, bar and restaurant employees. The training will teach employees the laws, rules and best practices in security. Venues that have used these techniques have lowered criminal and civil liability, reduced visits by police and most importantly, reduced incidents of violence.




Participants must register and make payment for the course in advance. This is a non-refundable, yet transferable payment. A 48-hour advance notice is required to re-schedule a class date to avoid a $25 NO-SHOW fee. RAMW member restaurants receive an additional 10% discount for registering groups of 2 > staff from the same company enrolled in the same class. Students are encouraged to pick-up their textbooks to review the material prior to the class date.
