Participants must register and make payment for the course in advance. This is a non-refundable, yet transferable payment. A 48-hour advance notice is required to re-schedule a class date to avoid a $25 NO-SHOW fee. RAMW member restaurants receive an additional 10% discount for registering groups of 2 > staff from the same company enrolled in the same class.
